Mill Court has appointed Legal Director Terry Fitzgibbon BSc LLB MRICS FCIArb MAPM FFAVE Barrister at Law (Non Practicing) and Senior Consultant Richard Pickerill BSc LLM Con Law MCIArb to its team of experienced practitioners.
Terry has 35 years of experience across a broad range of construction projects in the UK, Europe, the United States and the Middle East. He was formerly an Executive Director of the UK’s largest Construction Disputes practice and is currently a member of the advisory group which provides assurance and advice to Transport for London in relation to its multi billion pound capital investment programme, within which it also seeks to increase efficiency, drive down costs and deliver better value across its spectrum of road and rail projects.
Richard Pickerill is dual qualified, with a bachelor degree in quantity surveying and a masters degree qualified construction lawyer. Richard is also an accredited member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
