Terry Fitzgibbon

Legal Director

Terry Fitzgibbon BSc LLB MRICS FCIArb MAPM FFAVE Barrister at Law (Non Practicing)

Terry has 35 years of experience across a broad range of construction projects in the UK, Europe, the United States and the Middle East. He was formerly an Executive Director of the UK's largest Construction Disputes practice and is currently a member of the advisory group which provides assurance and advice to Transport for London in relation to its multi billion pound capital investment programme, within which it also seeks to increase efficiency, drive down costs and deliver better value across its spectrum of road and rail projects.

Benjamin Bjork

An experienced quantity surveyor and commercial manager with a particular interest and experience in both quantum and delay claims. Combining technical, commercial and legal experience to assists companies in maximising commercial opportunities and resolving commercial threats. Experienced in all aspects of administration, control and financial management of projects with significant experience of claims, adjudication and arbitration.

Richard Pickerill

Richard Pickerill is dual-qualified with a bachelor degree in quantity surveying and a masters degree in Construction Law. Richard is also an accredited member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
